In recent years, LIDEM has found that materials have evolved, and what was once the spreading, cutting, and stacking of fabrics has increasingly transformed into the use of new products with very different characteristics from traditional textiles.
For this reason, LIDEM has gradually developed its EXTENDOR system, creating a wide range of models that allow us to work not only with all types of fabrics but also with technical materials such as fiberglass, polymers, non-woven fabrics, and other technical textiles.
LIDEM offers versions for the simultaneous spreading of several rolls, as well as cutting and stacking with total precision of non-elastic fabrics, elastic fabrics, delicate fabrics, fiberglass, technical textiles, polymers and plastics, and non-woven materials.
Depending on the customer’s needs, LIDEM provides EXTENDOR system versions with different cutting widths, spreading lengths of up to 50 meters, multiple unwinding systems for standard rolls and “A-frame” rolls up to Ø1,800 mm, and feeding systems using either zig-zag unfolding or centerfold spreading.
