Characteristics of Extenders

The automatic version of the roll-cutting machine is the most innovative, and with the most developed technology of LIDEM.

High productivity extending, cutting and stacking machines for all textiles and fabrics, knitted, nonwoven, fibreglass, carbon fibre … etc.

Products used in manufacturing bedding, table linen, kitchen clothes, bathing clothes, upholstery, curtains, awnings, tents and technical applications. The EXTENDER machine is an extending, cutting and stacking table that can be manufactured in different widths and lengths. The specially designed unwinding module avoids product STRESS and DEFORMATIONS, which allows us to work with elastic or deformable fabrics, knitted textiles and delicate materials.

The GDT4 models feature a motorised unwinding unit for four rolls (with the possibility of increasing the capacity from up to 10 roll holder-feeders).

The DCM models incorporate an unwinding unit consisting of motorised roller cradles synchronised with the extension system, which allows simultaneous and stress-free operation with several rolls.

As with all other models, all machine parameters are controlled from the central console via the built-in touch screen (number of cuts, cutting length, cuts per bundle, number of bundles, paving carriage speed, tension, blade travel speed, lowering speed of the lift table, etc.). The lifting table allows stacking of up to 260mm thick. This table comprises two independent work areas: a cutting area where the machine carries out the extension and another, the handling area, where the operator can handle the material at the same time as the extension. The PVC belt transports material between zones.

The B models are the ideal extending and cutting machines for small productions and more straightforward jobs.

Textile alignersare used to align fabrics before extension and cutting.

Compact and mobile machine for rewinding and filtering textile rolls, nonwoven and plastic materials. It is manufactured in various widths and for rolls of different diameters.

Stress control

The machine’s primary purpose is to wind rolls to a certain number of metres from a primary roll.

The LIDEM rewinder allows our customers to electronically control the tension of the laminated material from a control board.

The rewinding model includes a digital programmable meter counter that stops the machine when it reaches the programmed measurement.

In addition, the machine has been equipped with a manual cutter to make the winding process faster and more accurate.

Double textiles

The material obtained is used by companies that sell fabrics, nonwoven and other materials in the form of a roll.

The video model is capable of winding rolls up to 400 mm. However, LIDEM has the right technology to manufacture rewinders that adapt to the needs of each customer.
