Continuing with its program of innovation and new applications of our machinery for the technical materials and fabrics sector, last April, LIDEM participated in the conferences organized by the Aeronautical-Aerospace Cluster of the CV.
At this conference, the participating companies in the aeronautical and aerospace sector had the opportunity to show them the range of systems that LIDEM manufactures for these sectors, as well as for the defense sector.
The companies participating in the conference had the opportunity to learn about the ROLLER CUT system for cutting rolls into blocks, tapes and bias, a system that allows us to cut rolls of materials as diverse as fiberglass, TST, PP, PES and all types of polymers – as well as all types of textile materials – with extreme ease.
Other systems that also aroused interest on the part of the participating companies were the EXTENDOR and ROTATOR systems. The EXTENDOR machine is a system for spreading, cutting and stacking all types of materials that allows us to work from several rolls simultaneously.
Within the EXTENDOR model we find several versions depending on the characteristics of the material to be worked (elasticity, hardness, identification of color patterns…) which allows a perfect adaptation of the model to the product being worked with.
The ROTATOR machine is a system for cutting and shredding all types of materials. The system allows us to cut or shred materials such as fiberglass, all types of polymers and plastic materials, PET, non-woven, nets, ropes, paper, cardboard, etc.
Using the different models, materials from 1 to 300 mm in length can be cut or shredded with productions that can reach 10,000 kg/h (depending on the model, material to be processed and cutting length). We invite you to learn about our systems at lidem.com
