LIDEM presents new applications for the EXTENDOR spreading, cutting and stacking machines.
LIDEM, in its quest for continuous improvement, has developed several highly useful applications for its EXTENDOR spreading, cutting and stacking systems.
Thus, two applications have been developed: one for identification and cutting at a specific marked point and another system for longitudinal and transversal marking of the fabric.
The first system consists of a colour detection system that allows us – using a marker stamped on the fabric – to identify a cutting point where the same will be made. This system is very useful when working with repeated drawing patterns, thus eliminating any cumulative repetition error and achieving a precise and accurate cut at the chosen location.
The second application developed consists of a longitudinal and transversal marking system for the fabric. Using a series of devices, we achieve that the machine makes a marking of the fabric at the programmed distance simultaneously with the spreading and cutting process. This application is very useful in the manufacture of curtains, blinds and Japanese panels.
