LIDEM and TAG Ingenieros develop the first mobile RFID arch in Spain.
LIDEM and TAG Ingenieros develop the first mobile RFID reading system on the market. Using this device, costs associated with the identification of goods can be saved, as well as errors in the company’s logistics processes can be reduced.
Radiofrequency identification technology is rapidly expanding in the logistics sector. For this reason, LIDEM, together with TAG Ingenieros, have developed the first RFID arch in Spain. It is a mobile device that can be used to identify products tagged with “RFID tags” in distribution warehouses and industrial environments, reducing a considerable amount of time in the reception, control and dispatch of goods and eliminating errors in these processes.
The system consists of a metal structure to which RFID devices have been integrated as an interrogator and antennas, in addition to the necessary computer equipment, light beacons and proximity detectors to provide the best functionalities to this device. Although the main advantage of this system is its mobility, which makes it very useful in warehouses, loading docks and industrial environments.
The mobile arch has already been installed in numerous textile and food processing companies in the Valencian Community with great success.
