MT crushers are manufactured with different proper working widths. The chopping and crushing size can vary between 5 and 50 millimetres. LIDEM manufactures models with production capacities that can reach 200 kg/hour, depending on the model, material and size of the crushing.

Developed to shred PET plastic bottles with built-in labels and caps. In addition, the crushing machine is adapted for tetrabrik or tetraPak containers composed of cardboard, polyethylene plastic and aluminium.

Maximum accessibility, reliability and safety for different crushing sizes

The crushing begins with feeding from the mouth of the crusher, where the materials pass into the cutting system.

The material, once cut, passes through a sieve that screens and calibrates the final size of the product. Finally, an aspiration system completely evacuates the crushed matter.

Accessories

Bagger or bagging machine for crushed material. Compact units and large-capacity versions, single and double, are manufactured.

Similarly, higher capacity units can incorporate a vacuum system.
