LIDEM presents three new versions of the ROLLER CUT roll cutter for wads, strips and bias tapes.
Starting this year 2009, we offer a new manual version, a manual bar version with repeat cutting and a new automatic bar version that we present below. In current times, LIDEM’s priority has been to launch these new models at a very competitive price without underestimating the quality standards that characterize us.
ROLLER CUT CBAE/1.8
Fully automatic system for cutting rolls of fabric up to 2,000 mm wide (useful cutting capacity of 1,800 mm) and with a maximum diameter of 280 mm.
This new model, the younger brother of the ROLLERCUT CBA/2 model, is characterized by being a fully automatic bar cutting system, with some limitations compared to the previously mentioned model but with a much lower price than this one.
The system integrates a control screen that allows to control all the machine parameters (blade speed, roll rotation speed, cutting speed, number of cuts, thickness of the same…).
The system also offers the option of integrating a manual or automatic blade sharpening system, among other options.
And most importantly: LIDEM offers this system at a really attractive price for a system of these characteristics.
ROLLER CUT CBME/1.8
Semi-automatic system for cutting rolls of fabric up to 2,000 mm wide (useful cutting capacity of 1,800 mm) and with a maximum diameter of 250 mm.
This new, brother model is a semi-automatic version of the ROLLERCUT CBAE/2 model and is characterized by being a cutting system using a manually operated bar with a system that allows the repetition of cuts automatically, that is, without having to move the cutting head.
The system allows the cutting parameters such as blade speed and roll rotation speed to be varied. The cutting head is moved manually by the operator.
And most importantly: LIDEM offers this system at a really attractive price for a system of these characteristics.
ROLLER CUT CBME
LIDEM, thinking of those businesses that do not have a high cutting need but want to obtain their own tapes or make the cuts of blocks without the need for third parties, presents its ROLLER CUT CBME system.
It is a manual cutting system that is manufactured in widths of up to 3,200 mm and is valid for rolls of fabric up to Ø280 mm.
This new, brother model is an economical version of the ROLLERCUT CBM model and is characterized by being a simple, functional and economical cutting system.
